Trace Contour

Microlucida displays this button when you use Acquire Virtual Tissue.

1. Click the Trace Contour button .
2. Select a contour from the Contour drop-down menu.

3. Optional Click Change Settings to add or change a contour type, set visibility, change colors, and rename a contour. Display Preferences: Contours

4. Trace a contour.
   • Modify Tracing: Editing Contours for detailed instructions.
   • Move the stage automatically...: AutoMove
